What is an All-On-4 Dental Implant?
All-on-4 is a full-arch implant concept where four strategically placed implants support an upper or lower arch of replacement teeth. The restoration may be fixed or removable depending on clinical needs, provider scope, and location.
Because implant-supported care can involve more than one provider, your MyBite consultation starts with a review of fit, function, bone health, and the treatment pathway available at your clinic. In BC, we keep the discussion focused on removable implant-supported denture options and coordinated care where another dental provider is required.

All-on-4 — what patients ask most
Most adults losing or missing teeth in an arch are candidates — the four-implant design was developed specifically to work in cases with limited bone, where conventional implants might need grafting first. Your free consultation includes a CBCT review to confirm.
Surgery is one day. Integration with bone takes 3–6 months. Most patients receive their final prosthetic 4–6 months after surgery. You wear functional temporary teeth throughout.
Sedation options are discussed at consultation. Most patients choose IV sedation; some choose local anesthesia only. Both are coordinated with our surgical partner.

Pricing varies by case complexity and whether you need extractions, grafting, or sedation. We publish baseline pricing at your consultation, in writing, and we help you use insurance, the Canadian Dental Care Plan, and iFinance where applicable.

We offer many payment plans and options that make your treatment quite affordable at low monthly rates.
If your credit score is average or even slightly below, we can help you apply online with a third-party financing company, and you'll receive an instant decision in most cases. This pre-qualifying approach is a 'soft' credit check.
If you don't qualify, some patients tap a friend, family member, or spouse to co-sign with them for financing. Other alternative options may also be available to you.
