Every MyBite clinic operates to the infection control and regulatory standards of the College of Alberta Denturists and the College of Denturists of British Columbia. Privacy is governed by PHIA in Alberta and PIPA in BC. Here's exactly what that looks like, day to day.

Sterilization
All reusable instruments are sterilized in autoclaves to college-mandated standards with biological indicator monitoring.
Surface & PPE
Operatory surfaces are disinfected between every patient. PPE is changed between every encounter. No exceptions.

Every denturist is registered with the College of Alberta Denturists or College of Denturists of BC, and audited regularly.

Every reusable instrument at MyBite is sterilized in an autoclave that meets or exceeds college-mandated standards. We use biological indicators to verify sterilization cycles, and we document every cycle.
Surfaces in our operatories are disinfected between every patient with hospital-grade disinfectants. PPE is changed between every patient encounter. We don't reuse single-use items, and we don't shortcut on instrument turnaround.

Privacy & Records
Your health data, protected by law.
Alberta clinics operate under the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA). BC clinics operate under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Both govern how we collect, store, retain, and share your personal health information.
Patient records — including stored digital scans, treatment plans, and case notes — are kept on encrypted, audited systems. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with marketing partners. We share it only with the practitioners directly involved in your care, and only with your consent.
