Digital Technology
Our offices offer a full-service, digital dental lab on-site, featuring the Zirkonzahn milling unit. From the intraoral scanners that open every case, to the Zirkonzahn milling unit that produces titanium and zirconia restorations, to the SprintRay printer and Ivoclar PrograMill PM7 that manufacture dentures to ±50 μm precision — every step of your case runs through our on-site digital workflow.
Inside the Lab
The technologies that shape every MyBite case
Finish with the Zirkonzahn Milling Unit
With the Zirkonzahn Milling Unit on-site, our lab technicians can manufacture strong, natural-looking restorations efficiently — which, of course, saves you, the patient, time, and doctor visits. Further, we can adjust your restoration's shades and fit while you are in the office.
This unit can mill titanium and zirconia material. Zirconia is a modern implant material that is resistant to chips and fractures and produces the natural appearance of healthy teeth and gums.
It's the closest alternative to your natural teeth.
The future is here: SprintRay 3D Printing
SprintRay 3D printing delivers unprecedented improvements in the speed, accuracy, and design of our denture products. We use top-of-the-line dental 3D printing technology and clinical-grade, FDA-cleared resins to produce reliable, digitally-crafted restorations.
The printers use proprietary technology to improve our denture products' speed, accuracy, and design like never before. Your restorations are custom-tailored with precision to your exact measurements to within ±50 μm (that's really small!). You've likely never experienced dentures so comfortable.
And because the printer is in our building, an unexpected adjustment doesn't mean rescheduling around a commercial lab's queue — it means a same-day reprint.
Digital Impressions, No Goop
Intraoral scanning replaces the messy traditional impression with a small wand that captures the geometry of your mouth in high resolution. The scan is stored, repeatable, and shareable across MyBite clinics — so a remake or a refit doesn't require starting over.
Patients with strong gag reflexes, complex anatomy, or anxiety about traditional impressions tend to find this dramatically more comfortable.
Hand-Polished by a Denturist
The digital workflow gets us to a near-final prosthetic with sub-millimeter accuracy. The last few percent — polish, gum contour, characterization, the subtle textures that make a denture look like teeth and not like a denture — is finished by hand, by one of our denturists, before delivery.
Digital where it makes us more accurate. Hand where it makes us more human.
Why We Built Our Own Lab
Most clinics outsource. We don't.
Most denture clinics — even technologically capable ones — outsource fabrication to a commercial lab somewhere across town or across the country. The denturist you meet has never met the technician building your teeth, and you certainly haven't. Adjustments take weeks because they have to ship a prosthetic back and forth.
MyBite invested in the equipment to bring fabrication in-house: intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM design stations, Zirkonzahn milling, SprintRay 3D printers, the Ivoclar PrograMill PM7, and finishing benches — all on site.
That changes adjustments from a multi-week round-trip to a same-day chairside fix. It changes design review from a printout to a real-time CAD session with you in the chair.

Financing
Affordable monthly payment options.
We offer many payment plans and options that make your treatment quite affordable at low monthly rates.
If your credit score is average or even slightly below, we can help you apply online with a third-party financing company, and you'll receive an instant decision in most cases. This pre-qualifying approach is a 'soft' credit check.
If you don't qualify, some patients tap a friend, family member, or spouse to co-sign with them for financing. Other alternative options may also be available to you.
